This follows a successful nine months as Head of Engineering, during which time Philippa led important changes to the Engineering Function and made a positive difference to the Business.
In her role as Engineering Director, Philippa will take overall responsibility for the engineering function of the Business and will be accountable for current and future Engineering Capability and for the leadership of all engineers in the company. Additionally, Philippa will direct the Company’s integrated technology programmes, working closely with our Chief Technology Officer, Richard Varvill, who will continue to lead strategic research and studies.
