In his new role Matt will head up the global engineering function and will be responsible for the engineering capability and project engineering activities, working closely with the CEO and Board.
Matt has over 22 years’ experience and has an intuitive understanding of engineers and a track record of success in the high tech Formula 1 industry. Matt’s most recent role was Engineering Director for McLaren Racing, where he was responsible for leading a major reorganisation and improving engineering efficiency by bringing in new processes and tools, as well as leading technology development efforts.
