Following an early career in the financial sector at Zurich Financial Services as Director of the CEO’s Office, Andrea undertook high profile roles at McKinsey & Company as Director of Communications within the UK.  Within that role, she transformed the company’s approach to reputation building in the UK, and established a network for professional women across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She holds a degree from Oxford University and undertook postgraduate studies at Harvard University, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
