She joined Reaction Engines to form our HR department because she wanted to work for an organisation that puts people first and does things differently. Lisa now heads up a highly talented HR team responsible for recruitment, learning and development, reward and recognition, engagement, organisational development, employee relations and employee wellbeing. The team also plays a vital role in how we attract, select, develop and engage our employee’s at all levels.

It’s a role she loves, from working closely with every employee to planning our HR strategy for a successful future. It’s no wonder she’s already helped guide Reaction Engines to win the prestigious Employer of the Year at the 2019 South and Vale Business Awards.

Lisa is a Fellow of the CIPD with over 15 years’ experience in HR. She’s playing a huge part in the journey we’re on and the amazing people helping us get there.
